William Deininger, who was also sentenced to 12 months probation on a count of possessing prohibited offensive weapons, received credit for 41 days served.
According to police, Deininger entered into a business in Meshoppen between Aug 18, 2007 and Sept. 2, 2007, and committed theft, taking credit cards, money and other items.
Police also found Deininger in possession of brass knuckles and a dual blade knife when he was taken into custody.
Also Wednesday, Gerald Tobery, 48, was sentenced to 35 months to 180 months in state prison on a count of burglary.
According to police, Tobery broke into a Tunkhannock Township residence on April 18, 2007 and stole items valued at about $9,000.
On May 14, Brian Blaine, 47, was sentenced to 35 to 180 months in state prison for the burglary of the Tunkhannock Township residence.
On Wednesday, Ed Hutchins, 23, of Factoryville, was sentenced to 18 months to 60 months in state prison on a count of corruption of minors.
According to police, Hutchins engaged in sexual contact with a female younger than 18 on Sept. 7, 2005.
Also Wednesday, Deanne Ayre, 22, of Tunkhannock, was sentenced to 12 months probation on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; Stephen Cornelius, 43, of Meshoppen, possession of a small amount of marijuana, $100 fine; Lisa Holovacko, 43, of Wilkes-Barre, 86 days to 23.5 months county jail, received credit for 86 days and paroled to probation; Sheila Muchler, 33, of Tunkhannock, retail theft and conspiracy to commit theft, 158 days to 18 months at county jail, received credit for 158 days served, paroled and placed on probation; Daniel Zacharias, 21, of Harveys Lake, disorderly conduct and driving on right side of roadway, probation 12 months; Roy Newell, 25, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, burglary, two counts of criminal trespass, county drug court program.
